In a part of the world where economically empowering women is not a priority, in the village of St. Katherine in South Sinai, Egypt Bedouin woman run enterprises that produce embroidered and beaded handicrafts, using traditional motifs and patterns that were revived from older generations. Come in to discover these beautiful original items at our shop!

Armchair recovered in Zoffany Arden Verdure, col. Lead blue, this collection was created by Melissa White. Verdure is based on a late 17th century painted cloth. The design is influenced by religious themes hunting and pictorial scenes and depicts a lush pastoral landscape with a church and waterfalls. We have a massive range of fabric options and if we don't have what you're after we can most definitely source it.

From the famed textiles town of Imabari, Japan, towels are woven from fine cotton threads on slow-speed, antique weaving machines the secret to their soft, lightweight hand. This stunning guest bedroom combines colour, texture and pattern in unexpected ways to create something very special.

The Art Deco inspired bedhead was custom made by Sandy in a glamourous velvet with Nina Campbell's soft and feminine Swan Lake as the back drop wallpaper.

The look was given an edge with teal croc textured wallpaper covering the light shade and vintage cupboard with elegant drum tables used as bedside tables.

To add the finishing 'pop' the curtains were done in a chartreuse linen with matching light shades on either side of the bed adorned in pom pom trim.

The finished look is nothing short of girly glamour with an edge!

The bronze metallic fabric is from Mokum's latest collection Couture, this is a luxe alternative to a classic taffeta with a more muted sheen available in 21 colourways.

Mokum's Sadah is the fabric on the left, a stunning casually elegant linen which is one of our current favourites for curtaining.

The marble table nest of two are a great buy for entertaining and a great space saver. The beaten effect of the frame is a beautiful made by hand detail.

These dining chairs from the 1980's have been recently re done and restored in a vibrant painterly velvet by Jessica Zoob Black Edition called Breathe.

The unlikely application of this bold print on these dining chairs has created a real stand out set of chairs sure to be the centre of attention in the interior!

This wing backed Don style chair came in to us in need of some care and attention. The woodwork was worn and the fabric was in tatters after a long life.

It has been lovingly brought back into 2015 through restoration and polishing with danish oil to the woodwork and a recovering in Linwood's Penny Black, the perfect choice for its stamp enthusiast owner! The unsual shape and the striking new fabric will make this a stunning statement piece of furniture for many more years to come.
